There are three common methods for splicing and repairing conveyor belt
(1)Hot vulcanizing splicing method: mainly choose proper belt vulcanizing press, repair vulcanizing press and hot vulcanization material, it's the most reliable and best splicing method;
(2)Cold splicing method: use cold adhesive agent and special tools;
(3)Mechanical repair method: mainly use fastener, bolts or soft metal wire to repair or connect damaged part.
For the mentioned three methods, the best method of repair and splicing conveyor belt is hot vulcanizing splicing. Its advantages are long life service, almost completely the same as original conveyor belt after repair and splicing, suitable heavy materials, long distance and high speed transportation.
